POSSIBILITY THAT CARBURETOR THROTTLE LEVER CAN CATCH UNDERNEATH THROTTLELINKAGE BRACKET AND CAUSE THROTTLE TO BE HELD IN PARTIALLY OPEN POSITION.IFTHIS CONDITION OCCURS VEHICLE WILL NOT SLOW DOWN WHEN ACCELERATOR PEDAL ISRELEASED, MAKING VEHICLE DIFFICULT TO CONTROL.(CORRECT BY MODIFYINGCARBURETOR THROTTLE BRACKET.)
