IF CONDITION EXISTS, MAY CAUSE BOLTS TO BE SUSCEPTIBLE TOHYDR OGEN EMBRITTLEMENT FRACTURING AFTER INSTALLATION.(CORRECT BYINSPECTINGAND REPLACING WITH PROPERLY HEAT TREATED BOLTS.)
