SERIES 5TH WHEEL & TRAVEL TRAILER.POSSIBILITY THAT TWO TYPES OF LUG BOLTSUSED FOR MOUNTING WHEELS TO DRUMS WERE INTERCHANGED.IF CONDITION EXISTS UNDERCONTINUED HARD USE, LUGS MAY LOOSEN DUE TO LACK OF WHEEL SHOULDER AT BOLT HEAD,ANDALLOW WHEEL TO SEPARATE FROM TRAILER.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACINGLUG BOLTS WITH PROPER BOLTS.)
