CHEVROLET CAMPAIGN NO 72-C-09.POSSIBILITY THAT REAR AXLE SHAFT MAY HAVEINSUFFICIENT THRUST BUTTON LENGTH.COULD PERMIT EXCESSIVE END PLAY AND ALLOWAXLE SHAFT TO MOVE INBOARD TO POINT THAT "C" LOCK WILL DISENGAGE.AXLE SHAFTAND WHEEL COULD THEN MOVE OUTBOARD OF QUARTER PANEL AND ALLOW VEHICLE TO DROPDOWN ONTO REAR SUSPENSION.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING AXLE WHERENECESSARY.)
