GENERAL MOTOR CAMPAIGN NO 73-C-04.POSSIBILITY THAT PARKING BRAKE PAWL WASIMPROPERLY HEAT-TREATED.IF CONDITION EXISTS, "SOFT" PAWL CAUSES PAWL TO BENDOR BREAK, WHICH WOULD AFFECT HOLD ABILITY OF PARKING BRAKE.(CORRECT BYINSPECTING AND REPLACING PAWL WHERE NECESSARY).
