INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 73506.W/POWER BRAKES.POSSIBILITY THATTHE POWER BRAKE UNIT COULD HAVE THE INCORRECT RUBBER CUPS IN THE POWER SLAVECYLINDER, WHICH MAY CAUSE HYDRAULIC BRAKE FLUID TO BYPASS THE SLAVE CYLINDERAND RESULT IN LOSS OF BRAKES.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING UNIT WHERENECESSARY.
