BMW CAMPAIGN NO N/A.POSSIBILITY THAT THE AUTOMATIC SEAT BELT RETRACTOR MAYFAIL TO PROPERLY FUNCTION DUE TO A SPECIFIED TIGHTENING TORQUE WHICH RESULTEDIN A FORCE LOCKING CONNECTION.(THIS CONDITION WILL BE ELIMINATED BY HOLDINGTHE RETRACTOR IN POSITION TO AVOID RETRACTOR HOUSING MOVEMENT WHENEVER AROTATING FORCE IS APPLIED).
