INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 74504.POSSIBILITY THAT THE ALCOA ALUMINUMWHEEL ARE "OUT OF FLAT" ON THE MOUNTING SURFACE.THIS CONDITION CREATESUNDESIRABLE STRESS ON THE WHEEL HUB WHICH CAN CAUSE HUB TO CRACK.SUBSEQUENTFAILURE OF THE WHEEL HUB CAN CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL WITHOUT NOTICE TOOPERATOR.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING WITH PROPERLY MANUFACTUREDWHEELS).
