SEBRING VANGUARD CAMPAIGN NO N/A.ELECTRIC.POSSIBILITY THAT THE SEAT BELTSTRAP AND LOWER PORTION OF SHOULDER HARNESS ASSEMBLY WERE BOLTED INCORRECTLY ONTHE SEAT FRAME.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, IT MAKES WEARING THE BELTS AWKWARDAND/OR IMPOSSIBLE TO WEAR.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND SWITCHING LOCATION OFEACH ASSEMBLY TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF EACH SEATING POSITION).
