INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 74508.POSSIBILITY THAT AN INCORRECTVACUUM HOSE WAS INSTALLED IN THE HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM, FROM THE ENGINE TO THEPOWER BRAKE ASSEMBLY.THIS INCORRECT HOSE MAY RESTRICT VACUUM FLOW TO THEPOWER BRAKE ASSEMBLY UNDER PANIC STOP SITUATIONS, THEREBY, INCREASING BRAKINGEFFORTS.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING VACUUM HOSE.)
