WHITE CAMPAIGN NO 7408.MFGD.JAN.7, 1974 TO JULY 2, 1974.POSSIBILITYTHAT THE FIFTH WHEEL SLIDER ASSEMBLY MAY DEVELOP CRACKS IN THE SADDLE PLATEADJACENT TO THE WELDS FOR THE FIFTH WHEEL BRACKETS.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTSTHE FIFTH WHEEL COULD DISCONNECT FROM THE SLIDER PLATE ASSEMBLY.(CORRECT BYINSPECTING AND REPLACING SADDLE ASSEMBLY WHERE NECESSARY).
