TRUCK-LIVESTOCK, TRAILERS-GRAIN.POSSIBILITY THAT WHEELS WERE MACHINED IN ACONVEX OUT-OF-FLAT CONDITION ON THE INSIDE WHEEL MOUNTING SURFACE.IF THISCONDITION EXISTS, IT MAY INCREASE THE ASSEMBLY STRESS ON THE HUB AND CAUSE ITTO FAIL.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING WHEELS WITH PROPERLY MACHINEDWHEELS WHERE NECESSARY).
