INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 75503.TRANSTAR CO,TRANSTAR CONV.,PAYSTAR,LOADSTAR,CARGOSTAR,FLEETSTAR.POSSIBILITY THAT THE CAM BRAKE ANCHORPINS WERE IMPROPERLY PROCESSED (HARDENED).IF CAM BRAKE ARE ASSEMBLED USINGIMPROPERLY PROCESSED ANCHOR PINS, A FRACTURE OF PIN COULD OCCUR DURING BRAKEAPPLICATION, CAUSING LOSS OF PROPER TENSION OF THE BRAKE SHOES AND REDUCTION INTHE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BRAKES.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING ANCHORPINS WITH PROPERLY HARDENED ANCHOR PINS).
