SAAB CAMPAIGN NO M-02.POSSIBILITY OF ICE ACCUMULATION IN THROTTLE HOUSINGWHEN AMBIENT TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 20 F DUE TO ROUTING OF CRANKCASE VENTILATIONSYSTEM BYPASS HOSE.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, THE ICE BUILD-UP CAN IMPEDE THETHROTTLE CLOSING WHEN ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS RELEASED.RESULTING IN POSSIBLELOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REROUTING BYPASS HOSE ANDPLUGGING THE ORIGINAL HOSE FITTING IN THROTTLE HOUSING).
