The defect

AN AIR LINE COUPLING IN THE MAIN AIR SUPPLY LINE FROM THE FOOT VALVE TO THE REAR AXLE HAS BEEN IMPROPERLY TIGHTENED AND MAY RESULT IN AIR LINE COUPLING DISCONNECTION.

The remedy

THE DEALER WILL TIGHTEN THE AIR LINE CONNECTION, AT NO CHARGE TO OWNER.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRUCKS AND TRUCK TRACTORS.SYSTEM: SERVICE BRAKES; AIR BRAKE LINE COUPLING.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: AIR LINE DISCONNECTION DURING VEHICLE OPERATION WILLRESULT IN DEGRADED PANIC BRAKE CAPABILITIES WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING AND MAY LEADTO A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
