The defect
THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 105, "HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEMS". LABELS INSTALLED ON BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIRS MAY NOT CONTAIN THE REQUIRED BRAKE FLUID WARNING TEXT. LACK OF THIS INFORMATION MAY LEAD TO THE USE OF IMPROPER BRAKE FLUID WHEN THE BRAKE SYSTEM IS SERVICED.
The remedy
OWNER WILL BE SENT THE CORRECT LABEL FOR SELF-INSTALLATION OR, IF PREFERRED, INSTALLATION BY THE DEALER.
