The defect
HEATER HOSES ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION, RESULTING IN SHORTER SERVICE LIFE.
The remedy
HEATER HOSES WILL BE REPLACED ON ALL INVOLVED VEHICLES FREE OF CHARGE.
