The defect

A DEFECTIVE WELD CONDITION MAY EXIST AT THE PEDAL TO ACCELERATOR ROD CONNECTION.

The remedy

ALL AFFECTED VEHICLES WILL HAVE THE PEDAL ASSEMBLY REPLACED.
