The defect
THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 208, "OCCUPANT CRASH PROTECTION". NO SEAT BELTS WERE INSTALLED.
The remedy
THE DEALER WILL INSTALL SEAT RESTRAINT SYSTEMS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 208, WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
