The defect
THERE MAY BREAKAGE OF THE INTERNAL MECHANISM OF THE HEATER FAN SWITCH ON CERTAIN VEHICLES. THIS CAN RESULT IN AN INCORRECT ELECTRICAL CONTACT AND OVERHEATING OF THE SWITCH.
The remedy
DEALER WILL REPLACE THE HEATER FAN CONTROL SWITCH FREE OF CHARGE.
