The defect

AN INCORRECT STEERING GEAR FLANGE MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, WHICH MAY SLIP AND CAUSE EVENTUAL LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL.

The remedy

INSPECTION FOR AND REPLACEMENT OF INCORRECT STEERING GEAR FLANGES WILL BE DONE AT NO COST TO OWNER.
