The defect

THE REAR SEAT BELT STALK COULD BECOME DETACHED WHEN IN USE DUE TO IMPROPER HEAT PROCESSING DURING MANUFACTURE.

The remedy

DEFECTIVE REAR SEAT BELTS WILL BE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
