The defect
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE EXHAUST VENT OPENING FOR THE FURNACE WAS COVERED OVER AFTER MANUFACTURING AND TESTING WAS COMPLETED.
The remedy
DEALER WILL INSTALL A NEW VENT.
