The defect

THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONTAIN LABELS IDENTIFYING THE MANUAL CHOKES. THIS ABSENCE CONSTITUTES A NON-COMPLIANCE TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 123, "MOTORCYCLE CONTROLS AND DISPLAYS".

The remedy

THE DEALER WILL INSTALL THE MANUAL CHOKE LABEL WITHOUT CHARGE.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOPEDS.SYSTEM: EQUIPMENT; CERTIFICATION LABELS.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: AN INABILITY TO LOCATE DESIRED CONTROLS BY ANUNFAMILIAR OPERATOR COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENT AND PERSONAL INJURY.
