The defect
THE TIRE PLACARD (LABEL) DOES NOT CONTAIN THE RECOMMENDED TIRE SIZE INFORMATION. THEREFORE, IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 110, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS".
The remedy
DEALER WILL INSTALL A NEW LABEL WITH CORRECT INFORMATION AT NO COST TO OWNER.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES.SYSTEM: EQUIPMENT; CERTIFICATION LABELS.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS THAT THE OWNER MAY SELECTINCORRECT REPLACEMENT TIRES. THIS WOULD CREATE AN UNSAFE CONDITION THAT COULDLEAD TO A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
