The defect
VEHICLE CERTIFICATION LABELS WERE MISLOCATED ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES. THE LABELS ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE DISPATCH BOX LID WHERE THEY ARE NOT EASILY VISIBLE.
The remedy
NEW CERTIFICATION LABELS WILL BE INSTALLED IN AN ACCEPTABLE LOCATION.
