The defect
THE HINGE AND ROLLER ASSEMBLIES SUPPORTING THE REAR OF THE SLIDING SIDE DOOR MAY BE SUBJECT TO FAILURE AS A RESULT OF PROCESSING DEFICIENCIES IN THE ALUMINUM HINGE BODY.
The remedy
UPON INSPECTION ALL ALUMINUM HINGE BODIES WILL BE REPLACED WITH SINTERED METAL COMPONENTS.
