The defect
IN ORDER TO ADJUST BRAKES ON CERTAIN VEHICLES, A MORE SENSITIVE THAN NORMAL PROCEDURE IS REQUIRED. USING A FIELD SERVICE BRAKE ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE MAY CAUSE THE AIR CHAMBER TO FUNCTION IMPROPERLY. THIS MAY CAUSE AN INCREASE IN VEHICLE STOPPING DISTANCE WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED.
The remedy
DEALER WILL INSPECT ALL INVOLVED VEHICLES, ADJUST CLEVIS AND READJUST BRAKES AS NECESSARY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS.
