The defect

THE INNER TRACTION WHEEL RETAINING NUTS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SECURELY TIGHTENED DURING ASSEMBLY. CONSEQUENTLY, THE NUTS COULD WORK LOOSE AND EVENTUALLY BECOME LOST.

The remedy

THE WHEEL RETAINING NUTS WILL BE TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATIONS, IF NECESSARY.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: BUSES.SYSTEM: SUSPENSION; WHEEL RETAINING NUTS.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: THE WHEEL COULD COME OFF DURING VEHICLE OPERATION ANDLOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT COULD OCCUR.
