The defect
THE DRAG LING CLAMPS MAY CONTAIN DEFECTIVE CAPSCREWS. THESE CAPSCREWS MAY CONTAIN CRACKS WHICH COULD EVENTUALLY LEAD TO CAPSCREW FAILURE.
The remedy
THE MANUFACTURER REMOVED ALL DEFECTIVE CAPSCREWS FROM STOCK. REPLACEMENT CAPSCREWS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OWNERS FREE OF CHARGE AND LABOR WILL BE REIMBURSED.
