The defect
THE TRAVEL COMPUTER SYSTEM WIRING, ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES, MAY BE IMPROPERLY CONNECTED. THIS CONDITION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO INTERNAL COMPONENTS.
The remedy
THE WIRING WILL BE RECONNECTED TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF IGNITION SYSTEM..

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH OPTIONAL TRAVEL COMPUTERSYSTEMS.SYSTEM: ELECTRICAL; TRAVEL COMPUTER SYSTEM, WIRING.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: DAMAGE TO INTERNAL COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEMS INTERFACEMODULE COULD AFFECT THE ENGINE IGNITION SYSTEM CAUSING LOSS OF IGNITION ALONGWITH THE INABILITY TO RESTART THE ENGINE. THIS PRESENTS A TRAFFIC HAZARD FROMWHICH AN ACCIDENT COULD RESULT.
