The defect
THE RIM SIZE IS NOT STATED ON THE TIRE AND RIM LABEL. THIS IS A FAILURE TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS".
The remedy
DEALER WILL INSTALL A NEW LABEL ABOVE THE EXISTING LABEL WITHOUT CHARGE.
