The defect
WHEELS MAY CONTAIN DEFECTIVE WELDS THAT MAY FAIL WHEN THE VEHICLE IS CARRYING THE RATED LOAD OR A LESSER WEIGHT.
The remedy
WHEEL WELDS WILL BE INSPECTED AND IF EVIDENCE OF DEFECTIVE WELDING IS FOUND, THE WHEELS WILL BE REPLACED.
