The defect
LEFT DRIVE SHAFT MAY DEVELOP CRACKS, AND MAY BREAK UNDER HEAVY LOADING SUCH AS THAT CAUSED BY RAPID ACCELERATION. THIS DEFECT ORIGINATED IN A MANUFACTURING PROCESS WHICH HAS NOW BEEN IMPROVED.
The remedy
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE LEFT DRIVE SHAFT ON VEHICLES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY CORRECTED, AT NO CHARGE.
