THE TUBES PROVIDED AS HANDHOLDS MAY CRACK OR FRACTURE WHERE THE STEPS AND ATTACHING BRACKETS ARE JOINED.

The remedy

COMPLETE STEP AND HANDHOLD SYSTEMS WILL BE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE.
