The defect

COMPONENT OF TWO-PIECE UPPER BRACE CLAMP WHICH HELPS TO ATTACH THE SIDECAR TO THE MOTORCYCLE FRAME CONTAINS CHEMICAL IMPURITIES IN THE CASTING AND WAS SUBJECTED TO IMPROPER HEAT TREATMENT DURING MANUFACTURING. UPPER BRACE CLAMP MAY FRACTURE.

The remedy

UPPER BRACE CLAMPS WILL BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE.
