THE SPRING CLIP USED TO SECURE STEERING WHEEL TO STEERING SHAFT MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED. IF THE CLIP IS MISSING, THE STEERING WHEEL IS PROBABLY LOOSE.

The remedy

THE RETAINING CLIP WILL BE INSTALLED AT NO COST TO OWNER.
