The defect
THE VEHICLES WERE MODIFIED TO EXTEND THE FRONT FRAME ASSEMBLY. HOWEVER, CERTAIN COMPONENTS AND ATTACHING HARDWARE REQUIRED TO EXTEND THE FRAME WERE NOT INSTALLED. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THE EXTENDED FRAME CONTAINS A WINCH, THAT WHEN USED MAY CAUSE THE FRAME TO FAIL AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy
INSPECT AND IF NECESSARY RETROFITTING TO THE REQUIRED DESIGN.
