The defect
THE EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE MAY BECOME FRAYED OR BOUND UP ON THE HEAT SHIELD OF THE PROPANE TANK MOUNTING BRACKETS. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: EMERGENCY BRAKES COULD BECOME INOPERATIVE.
The remedy
REROUTE EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE TO PREVENT CONTACT WITH HEAT SHIELD OF THE PROPANE TANK MOUNTING BRACKET.
