The defect

LARGE SIZE PARTICLES IN THE STEERING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID CAUSES A SOLENOID VALVE ORIFICE TO PLUG AND MALFUNCTION. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THIS COULD RESULT IN A PARTIAL LOSS OF POWER STEERING CAPABILITY OCCURRING INTERMITTENTLY AND AT LOW SPEED TURNS.

The remedy

REPAIR KITS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED.
