The defect

DRIVE SHAFT TUBE IS UNDERSIZED IN DIAMETER AND WALL THICKNESS FOR THE LENGTH OF THE SHAFT. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: DRIVE SHAFT MAY WHIP AND FRACTURE AT HIGH SPEEDS.

The remedy

REPLACE DRIVE SHAFT.
