The defect

THE WIRING HARNESS MAY CHAFE AGAINST THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR BRACKET. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: IF A SHORT CIRCUIT DEVELOPS, IT COULD RESULT IN A FIRE.

The remedy

AFFIX TWO RUBBER STRIPS TO THE VERTICAL EDGES OF THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR BRACKET.
