The defect
FRONT WHEEL BEARING COULD FAIL DUE TO LACK OF LUBRICATION.
The remedy
REPLACE BEARINGS AND AXLE COLLARS ON IN USE MOTORCYCLES; REPLACE AXLE COLLARS AND ENSURE PROPER BEARING LUBRICATION ON UNSOLD MOTORCYCLES.
