The defect
TWO PIECE ALUMINUM WHEELS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN WELDED AT POINT WHERE WHEEL IS PRESS FITTED ONTO THE RIM.
The risk
WHEEL COULD SEPARATE FROM RIM CREATING THE POTENTIAL FORAN ACCIDENT.
The remedy
REPLACE WHEELS AS APPROPRIATE.
