The defect
DUAL REAR WHEELS MAY HAVE PIN HOLE LEAKS AND CRACKS AROUND THE VALVE STEM HOLE THAT HAD BEEN WELDED.
The risk
DRIVING WITH THE INNER DUAL REAR WHEEL FLAT COULD CAUSEA BLOWOUT, AND POSSIBLE WHEEL BEARING OR AXLE FAILURE.
The remedy
REPLACE DEFECTIVE WHEELS.
