The defect
SOME OF BOLTS FASTENING REAR DRIVESHAFT ON REAR AXLE FLANGE MAY LOOSEN CAUSING DRIVESHAFT DISASSEMBLY.
The risk
DRIVESHAFT COULD BREAK AWAY WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING ANDRESULT IN A CRASH OR INJURY FROM LOOSENED DRIVESHAFT OR BOLTS.
The remedy
REPLACE BOLTS ON REAR AXLE.
