THIS COULD JEOPARDIZE THE CIRCUITRY TO BE PROTECTED BYTHE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND COULD RESULT IN AN ELECTRICAL FIRE.

The remedy

REPLACE CIRCUIT BREAKER.
