The defect
LOWER MOUNTING BRACKET FOR AIR BAG HELPER SPRINGS ARE SUBJECT TO FLATTENING AND DEFORMING AND COULD SHIFT.
The risk
SHIFTING BRACKET MAY PINCH A REAR BRAKE LINE, CRIMPINGAND BREAKING THE LINE; THIS COULD RESULT IN BRAKE FAILURE.
The remedy
REPLACE THE BRACKET, BOLTS AND BRAKE LINE.
