REAR AXLE MUST BE RERATED FROM ITS PRESENT 21,200 LBS. GAWR TO 20,000 LBS. AS THE MAXIMUM LOAD CARRYING CAPACITY OF THE AXLE TO COMPLY WITH FMVSS 121.

The remedy
RERATE REAR AXLE TO 20,000 GAWR.
