The defect
AIR OPEN/SPRING CLOSED TYPE EXIT DOOR MAY BE INCORRECTLY WIRED.
The risk
DRIVER CAN DRIVE OFF WITH EXIT DOOR NOT CLOSED AND LOCKEDWHICH COULD RESULT IN A PASSENGER FALLING OUT OF THE EXIT DOOR WHILE THE BUS ISMOVING.
The remedy
CORRECT DOOR WIRING AND READJUST DOORS.
